Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item(s) for quality and damage. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the product meets our resale standards.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges (Ready-to-Wear Collections)

- Conditions: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and resalable (with tags and original packaging intact).
- Return Shipping: Customers cover initial return shipping costs. Contact us before mailing items for guidance.
- First Exchange Support: We’ll cover replacement shipping fees for the first size swap or order error. Subsequent exchanges require customers to handle both return and reshipment costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Minor variations (slight color shifts, fabric texture differences) do not qualify.
Required Action: Provide detailed photos/videos highlighting the issue and discrepancies.
Order Cancellation
Ready-to-wear, non-personalized orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.
Exchange & Refund Process
Inspection: Returns undergo quality checks upon arrival. Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Exchange Timeline: 1-3 business days post-receipt, subject to stock availability.
Refund Timeline: Processed within 1-3 business days. Allow 7-14 days for bank/credit card reconciliation.
Policy Integrity: To prevent misuse, excessive change-of-mind returns may be declined. Exchanges void future refund eligibility for the same order.
Exclusions: Volume/wholesale orders and custom designs are non-refundable.
